HIV anxiety

Hi there community,

Around 2-3 years ago, i had sex twice with a massage lady in the UK. Both of these encounters included, oral sex, and normal sex all with protection.

I had several tests, from 1 week to around 2 months after the exposures. All negative.

Although now 2 years down the line, I am very tired all the time, i having aching muscles and I have just noticed today I had oral thrush in my mouth, although I did have a smoking session last night and probably smoked 10 cigerettes and I'm not normally a smoker, so could that be a cause of the white marks?

I'm worried the HIV symptoms are starting to show through 2-3 years down the line. Is that possible to have symptoms that early?

Please could someone be so kind and be able to answer my questions because my anxiety is through the roof and I'm known to worry about my health a lot.

As I explained, the duo is conclusive after 28. So you have been studying your body and Googling for HIV disease for no reason all this time. All your self diagnosed ARS is not ARS, and in fact no one who has posted here since I have been here about their ARS had it either.

I had different tests from 1 week to around 3 months, ehich included duo and biosure self test with a blood sample. All were negative

I have just ordered another biosure today, but im so nervous for the result, i might cancel it.

One last question, would HIV related illnesses show after 2 or 3 years from exposure, and would oral thrush and tiredness be key first symptoms?

Thanks again, and that is my last question

Reread the advice. Did you test at the proper window at any time? That is the only thing that matters, not that you did a bunch of tests but haven't explained if you were past the window period.

Oral and Vaginal, protected with commercial sex worker.

Tested negative multiple times within different periods of times after each encounter.

2 years later, extreme fatigue, thrush, muscle pain. I am classed as moribidly obese if this helps.

I was worried after the first encounter as the condom slipped off and stayed in the lady's vagina once I had ejaculated. Tested and was negative though, but I'm worried I could of had delayed antibody or something

Oral is zero risk so no condom needed. Only the head needs protection, so if it slipped off but the head was protected until you were outside the vagina then you had no risk with the vaginal either.
A duo test is conclusive after 28 days and any other after 3 months. It doesn't matter how many times you tested if you used a test within its window period.
If you don't know if a duo test was used plus if you think the head wasn't protected, then just take any test today for a conclusive result.

Symptoms prove nothing, and many people will complain of the same things you mention who didn't have a risk because it is in their head.
Late seroconversion is an old myth.
