Can a woman get HIV if a man fingers a woman's vagina aggressively and she secreted vaginal fluids?

How accurate is a Tri dot test after the window period?
Have there been cases of false negative after the window period ?

There is no risk of hiv transmission for this incident.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
