HIV chronic stress

so I had protected anal sex (top) with a worker ever since then (5 days) I have been freaking out checking for signs I've got this rash tha started 2 days after the sex and now freaking out.. it is spreadin all around my neck to my shoulders it's a heated flush rash. I haven't been able to sleep am angry upset not eating and was getting rid off a cold and seems to come back... thinking of the worse case since i got a rash that I got infected.

protected sex is safe sex. you did not get HIV. 2 days is too early for symptoms, and symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV. I do think you have anxiety though, I've been in your shoes before, not eating, heart racing, couldn't sleep, couldn't focus at work.  it was indeed my own mind causing the problems.

yeah ur right its when I look up the symptoms and when I saw a spot around my neck next thing I kept thinking about it and now the rash has spreaded all around me..this is probably main reason why am so panic about it and if it goes I can relax till I get results

The only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

Protected sex is safe sex, as long as the condom did not visibly break - and you would have known if it did.  I don't know what is causing your rash - no symptoms of HIV would show up that soon, and you didn't have a risk at all.  Talk to your doctor about your rash, but it definitely has nothing to do with HIV.

Thank you for your reply it means a lot. they doctor told me it was a flush rash mainly from stress but I keep thinking it's from a sign of HIV but if it too soon then I can probably cam down from it. is there any other sti or std that wld have cause this neck rash/shoulder rash...
