HIV from French kissing

I was making out with a guy, french kissing.  I had brushed my teeth about 45 minutes to an hour earlier.  As we were making out I asked him his HIV status when he told me that he was positive.  He said his viral load very very low.  I am concerned about any small cuts that I may have gotten while brushing my teeth.  I checked and I could not see any blood or cuts in my mouth.  Is there any risk of contracting HIV this way?  Do I need to be tested?

French kissing is not a risk for HIV. HIV is transmitted through unprotected vaginal and anal sex, among IV users and from mother to child.
