HIV from a used dildo!! Please help

Hi I'm 14yo male who found a dildo that didnt appear to be wet but was really smooth so I tried inserting it anally but before i did that I rinsed it off with cold water and wiped it down with a towel pressing againtst my anus it did not penetrate. Can I get HIV from that?

Then the next day when I was in the shower I grabbed the dildo and washed it down with soap and hot warm before using it I cleaned it with shower gel. I tried using shower gel as lube. This time it penetrated but when I took it out there was blood on it. So now I'm really worried and stressing so much I felt nauseas and am having stomach pains. And I also read online that if there was secretions on it and it got access to your bloodstream you can get infected.

So much question is can get HIV from any of the events described?
Thankyou for help in advance.

Havent heard of anyone gettin it from dildo even if hiv person used it  like i said the virus dies within seconds what you need to watch for is: anal sex men with men very high risk vaginal sex not as high risk as men with men and oral sex is not known for risk.
