HIV from fingering

Hello I am writing to you about a concerning situation that I have encountered. On January 22, 2022 at approximately 8-9pm I went to the local Asian massage parlor. I ended up getting a hand job from her and rubbing my hands on her Vagina. I need to go into detail about the rubbing part because this is where everything stems from. I am an extremely paranoid person so before I got the massage I checked the hand that I planned on using to touch her for any cuts prior. I found a very small cut on my right hand above my nail. I think it is called cuticle cut. The cut was painful to the touch. The cut was split very slightly, there was no skin tag covering it. About 15 minutes into the massage we began touching each other. Since I knew of this cut I was cautious, I rubbed her by putting the area between thumb and palm on her clit and using my knuckle to rub her. My cut finger was not touching her but it was rubbing on the area between her vagina and anus. However, I think at one point I stopped rubbing her and then began again and I am not sure if I rubbed her clit with my cut finger or not or maybe my finger moved from the middle of the area between her vagina and anus onto her vagina. But at no point whatsoever did my finger go inside her vagina if anything it touched the outer area which was still moist. The sexual activity lasted about 5 minutes, however, the rubbing lasted maybe 60 seconds max. I am very worried now that I have contacted HIV. Around 8-9 days later my voice began getting very deep. This is a sign that I am about to get very sick soon as this has happened before with my voice. Currently it is day 13 after exposure and my voice is still deep. I have very slight muscle aches but only in my chest area and biceps and my right armpit is paining and hurts to touch. My left elbow is paining. I have a very slight sore throat that comes and goes at a pain level of 1-2 out of 10. I have been rubbing my hands all over my body to check if my lymph nodes are swollen and I have found none that are swollen. I am extremely worried that these are the early symptoms of HIV. I have been spending every day since the first day of exposure looking up if it is possible to get HIV from fingering and every document that I read says no however I feel I might be the first person to get it or I feel those documents cannot be accurate because people who finger people also engage in other risky sex acts with that person. It is also very concerning that I have not gotten sick in a year and 13 days after this exposure I start feeling these symptoms. Thank you for taking the time to read my message and I eagerly wait your reply.

You don't have any medical training so shouldn't be rubbing your body thinking that you will know if your lymph is abnormal. Especially now that you know there is no hiv risk. Enjoy your life - you can do what you did anytime and not worry about hiv.

Hiv is spread in very specific ways.  They include having had unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs.  Touching anything with your hands is not going to give you HIV. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. No one has ever gotten HIV from fingering and you will not be the first. This is a no risk event.
