HIV from piercing?

I have got my belly button pierced last January and it's been a year now. About two weeks after I had it pierced, I had a fever with diarrhoea, vomiting, dry cough, blocked nose, muscle pains, joint pains, head ache, sore throat, sneezing, difficult sleeping, tiredness and lose of appetite. But, do note that I didn't have the body rash that's typical with a HIV primary infection so that could've been just a seasonal flu or my body fighting against the piercing. However, I have been paranoid ever since then thinking that I have HIV. One part of me knows that rationally, it's impossible because the place I got it done is well reputable and I have not had sex as of yet. Another part of me is just anxious and matching up every little illnesses I have been getting since then up to HIV. For example, I've had some mouth ulcers recently, and there's now always this thin layer of white something around the back of the tongue (but I can't remember if I have always had it..) which I keep thinking is oral thrush. Today, I have noticed this white thing around my tonsils which is apparently a tonsil stone and after googling around, it's not coming up as a symptom of HIV.

Anyways, I was wondering if it's very highly possible to get HIV from piercing. And whether, by looking at my symptoms, if I have HIV or is just being stupidly paranoid.

Nobody is known to have ever acquired HIV from body piercing. And most of your symptoms are not typical for HIV. However, since you're worried, have an HIV test. You can expect a negative result, which may be more reassuring than any advice you can get on this or any other forum.

Truly, no worries. Best wishes.

Also, I have suddenly started struggling from IBS-like problems since April. I keep thinking this is another HIV symptom too.
