Help im scared

My brain wont forgive me

I am a 21 year old man

At first I thought and know it was safe.

From what I know it was frottage and mutual masturbation. I saw his semen fly to his stomach when I gave him a handjob.

I was scared now because what if he penetrated me during the frottage? I am aware that nothing went inside me cause it would have hurt. And that I clarified with him he said there wasnt any penetration.

I really want to believe my HIV counselors and the guy that nothing risky happened.

I dont know what to do and I am scared I dunno if this is a mental health problem already or if I should get tested with 4th gen duo during the 28th day :(

The first and the most important thing for you do is to get off the internet, wandering here and on other HIV resources are only going to make you even more anxious.

Accept what your counselor has advised you because they are giving you the right and logical information.

You didn't possess a risk from what you have mentioned here and we can't offer you any different opinion than your counselor.

Your issues are due to either guilt or fear of this disease or both, please keep working with your counselor, you don't have HIV and testing won't be necessary.

Hello. Thank you for this. I have actually set up an appointment with a psychiatrist to treat these obsessions.

My mind is punishing me thinking that I was penetrated even if I was not.

Maybe to ease my mind, I will take a test on the 4th week (3rd or 4th)
