HIV infection without a sexual intercourse or blood-to-blood contact?

I want to describe my situation here to everyone so if someone knows something about this please let me know because I'm really worried.

I just came from my holidays (Bulgaria). When we were there we went to a Cabaret (show with strip girls) and one of the girls offered me a private dance. In the private dance, as you know, the girl dances in a sexual way on top of you completely naked. When the dance was over she asked me if i wanted to finish there (masturbate while she would dance for another song). I said yes and he gave me couple of tissues to finish in.

While she was dancing and i was masturbating she told me to put some of my own saliva on the top of my penis (foreskin) in order to feel more satisfied. I did that by putting some saliva between my thumb and index finger (on the top of the punch if you can understand) and i touched my foreskin in a circular way for once and i continued to masturbate while she was dancing. I finished on the tissues she gave me and clear my foreskin with them.

I can assure you that i had no contact with HER blood, vaginal liquids or something.

My worries are the following:
1) Before the masturbation i was touching the girl and probably i had sweat in my hands but NOT any other liquid from her.

2) While i was sitting on the bench i probably touched the bench to move around a bit or to sit more comfortable, so i had a contact with the surface of the bench.

3) MY MAIN WORRY is that with the same hands i touched the bench and her sweat I masturbate and touch both my mouth and foreskin. Is that a a factor in order to start worrying if I am infected?

Since then (that was last Monday, 25 Of August) I can't stop thinking of it. I can't even sleep because of that. Everyday i search through the internet for HIV symptoms and because of my worry everyday i feel like I have something. For example i have diarrhea since last week sore throat white tongue and all of my thoughts are on HIV.

Forgive my extremely detailed description but it was just to give you a complete idea of the situation.

Your thrush is not an HIV concern. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.

actually i went to my doctor yesterday and he said that i have oral thrust and white tongue only because of my concern. He said that because i was really concern about a lot of things during my holidays i developed those symptoms and gave me medication. Zinnat, Sudafed, Daktarin and probiotques
