HIV mouth sores

I had unprotected sex with a sex worker 2-3 weeks ago. I immediately had the worst pain of my life when I urinated, I went and was treated for gonorrhea.

7 days are the gonorrhea shot, the pain when I pee went from a 10 to a 6.5. When will this pain 100% go away or do I have some resistant gonorrhea?

My second question, I woke up this morning, 2-3 weeks after the incident, and I have sores in my mouth. When I first woke up this morning, my upper lip was swollen, There was three areas on my upper lip that was red, after I brushed my teeth the swollen lips went down, but they are still red in those spots. I also looked in the back of my mouth and I see a few red things on the sides of my mouth. I can feel them with my tongue and they don't belong there.

Within the last hour I feel another bump that feels new on my bottom lip. I didnt have any bumps on my bottom lip this morning, jsut the swollen upper lip.

Could this be the first sign of an HIV infection?

Hi, just to clarify that you had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker?

Yes, and immediately after I took it out, within an hour I started having intense pain when I urinated. I was treated for gonnoerha. Now about 2 weeks later I have this mouth problem.

HIV does not cause pain on urination.

I'm not asking about that. I'm asking about the mouth sores that popped up this morning and the swollen lip.

The gonnoerha was just part of the story. If this girl was dirty enough to have gonnoerha she may of also had HIV. My main concern now is these mouth sores and if they mean a possible HIV infection.

Not caused by HIV. If you had an exposure you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.

Go for a 4th generation Ag/AB test at 4 weeks post your exposure to know your status, & at 3 months AB test to definitely rule out.

Meanwhile stay calm and do not search internet for symptoms.
