HIV nail dig/scratch

I was in a toilet in a club and the guy working their (african origin) offered me a paper towell to dry my hands, he had log nails and by accident his nail went up underneath my nail as he handed me the towell and stabbed me under my nail with his nail causing me to bleed (under my nail). is there any risk of me catching any blood borne viruses? including HIV. been feeling ill and achey and had cold sores come up about 2 weeks after so that had me concerned. Thanks
