HIV or anxiety

A little more than 2 weeks ago I had vaginal sex with a random female partner I met at a college party.  During intercourse, the condom slipped off and I probably engaged in a few minutes of unprotected sex.  I have since have been very worried about the possibility of having HIV or another STD.  I have been feeling lightheaded have had a mild pain in my throat and recently developed a  mild headache. I also think my lymph glands are a little enlarged but I'm not 100 percent... I do have seasonal allergies and also have anxiety problems which I am sure are the cause, but hearing from a doctor will give me some peace of mind.

Symptoms can't be used to indicated HIV, only way to know is to test at 3 months for a conclusive result. 6-8 week test will give a good indication.

Some STD's are also possible and tested would be required.
