Protected sex with herpes outbreak presented, HIV risk?

Hello, I am a 23 year old male. I am very worried at the moment because I am not sure of the risk that I may have contracted HIV in my last sexual encounter a few weeks ago. I used a condom and I am unaware of her HIV status, but at the moment I was going through my first ever hsv2 herpes outbreak (Tested positive for it 4 years ago never once had symptoms). The herpes is not really on my penis but its in my genital/groin area and so it was not covered by the condom, should I be worried that I contracted HIV? Could vaginal fluid coming into contact with the herpes cause hiv transmission?? Please help me understand my situation better as I am feeling very anxious about the whole thing. Thank you!

You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from touching it. You are so safe that you don't need to test.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching activities. it has to go in through your urethra, so whatever you read has nothing to do with your situation since you used a condom.  It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
No one got HIV when they used a condom in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.

You had zero risk and don't need to test. Only the head needs protection from HIV, otherwise everyone in America would have it from cuts rubbing other people's etc. It is a fragile virus outside its sexual comfort zone of anus and vagina.

Are you 150% sure?? a lot of what I've read online suggests that vaginal fluid making contact with sores can be a way of transmission and which is why I'm freaking out
