HIV question- chance of exposure, testing and sceince

hi

My exposure - i am male and had
a protected blowjob at an asian maggage parlor
touched inside her vagina and immediately touched my penis
she poured oil and did a handjob
No penetrative sex of on any kind

I assumed it was a no risk exposures and had sex with my partner 15 days post the above exposure and my partner started having different kinds of issues. I got scared  and felt bad thinking that I transmitted some kind of STD to her. I tested 2 days ago ( 3 months post exposure) all the below tests came back negative.

Hep A Ab, IgM,

Hep B Core Ab, IgM,,

Hep C Virus Ab,

RPR

HIV Screen 4th Generation wRfx

Chlamydia trachomatis, NAA

Neisseria gonorrhoeae, NAA

HSV 1 IgG, Type Spec

HSV 2 IgG, Type Spec

HIV 1 RNA, QL TMA

Is there a chance for infecting my partner but my tests still show negative? Can I 100% rule out HIV both in my case and also in my partner's case?  Is there a chance of any other STD for causing the symptoms or mostly beacuase of anxiety?

You were never at any risk of HIV. You simply wasted your time and money on tests, not needed in first place.

Thank you very much for the response. I moved on thinking it was not an issue since I didnt have any kind of  penetrative sex but my anxiety kicked when I and my partner got sick and started thinking about the incident
Is there absolutely no chance of transmission in this here?
No, chances are Zero, Zilch. Move on with your life normally, you are fine
No, there is absolutely no chance
Thank you for the quick response. Can I assume that without penetrative sex(viginal or Anal) and sharing needle no way to transmit HIV in adults.
Also irrespective of what the risk was, is a 3 month  hiv 4the gen and HIV rna test conclusive
4th generation HIV Duo test is conclusive anytime after 4 weeks. But you neither needed this test before, nor you will in future, for this particular exposure. Your test will always be Negative, irrespective of the time.
