HIV rash on arms back?

I have one raised red bump on my back and a few on my lower arm with some goose bump looking bumps. Can this be HIV rash? I had exposure 4 weeks ago.
Tnx

Are you sure you had an exposure 4 weeks ago? Like had sex with an HIV+ person without a condom? First thing is first, please get tested. Go get a 4th Generation Duo test, at 4 weeks it is the best time for it. If this is negative then your rash is not due to HIV. All the best

No he says he's not positive
I would say that a rash would not be a logical conclusion to having HIV. Some people with HIV have persistent sore throats. However, there are a ton of other things that make throats sore as well. Only way to make sense of your symptoms is to test.
