HIV rash

When do the rash come in the body during ARS.? Is it specific like in 4 weeks after possible exposure or it can come anytime in 12 weeks.

And can somebody be able to tell me how do they look like and its nature.

those are only in my back. i still have got the similar rashes in my arms, shoulders and hands.
