HIV risk - Cunnilingus with an escort

Exactly 16 days ago, I visited an escort and had protected sex with her. I made sure that the condoms were intact. But I had cunnilingus with her, I was kissing her vagina and my tongue came in contact with the region around her clit. I am super worried because of this incident. I did not had any bleeding in my mouth, but I am used to bleed when I brush. I am having a small swelling on my triceps right above the elbow. Could you please help me with the risk for HIV? Should I get tested, if yeah how long should I wait to get tested?

That's great you used a condom.  Always do that and you will not need to worry. The only ways adults get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Your giving oral sex is not going to transmit the virus. Air and saliva both inactivate the virus.  So, you should be worry free.  No risk.

It sounds like nothing you did put you at risk. Using a condom prevents the spread of HIV. Oral sex does not result in HIV. Nothing here causes concern for HIV. No reason to waste money on a test since you were never exposed.
