HIV risk- Need reassurance!

Hey everyone, I've came to this forum to get reassurance about my HIV risk. I am a total hypochondriac and need peace of mind about HIV so I can put this to bed! I'm 16 years old and I've never had penetrative sex. I'm still a virgin. I have only ever fore-played with two girls in my life. One was a while back, and I was so worried I got HIV after giving her oral sex that I went to get myself tested! Obviously negative results. After that I swore to never let this worry me as much again. I also recently gave my girlfriend oral sex, my girlfriend is a virgin too and I don't think she has even done anything with any other boy. I worry about HIV so much that I convince myself I've somehow caught it off of public toilet because I know my girlfriend does not have the disease! I also have never took any drugs, needles or nothing like that.... I know how ridiculous this sounds, buts it's driving me insane. I really don't want to have to get another test.... I would really appreciate any reassurance/advice/help. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am seeking mental health treatment for my constant fears. It's been effecting my body badly with muscle twitching, prickling sensations, shooting pains etc... Been to the docs countless times and all say this is anxiety caused or BFS. Wanted to check BFS was not caused by HIV. Thank you

We can reassure you all day long, but if you don't address your anxiety, it won't matter if God himself tells you what the facts are.

Just for information sakes, the ONLY way you'll EVER be at risk for HIV is if you engage in unprotected vaginal or anal sex, or if you share IV drugs/drug works.  That's really as simple as it gets.

Get yourself some help.
