HIV risk: Oral sex with Minor Injury near lips in mouth

I did a blowjob to a guy today afternoon. The process is only within 1 min because he dislikes it.

I have asked his HIV status before doing oral sex. He told me that he is negative status.

After that oral sex, I immediately rinsed my mouth. Then, I found that I have a new minor but not bleeding injury on the lips. Will I have a risk to be infected with HIV? Please advice thanks.

This is NOT a risk for HIV, and you do not need to test. The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

Thanks for your reply.

From the Doctor's statement:

"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook

HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK

The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH
