HIV risk? Pls help I’m freaking out
Hi there I’m currently a 20 year old student and I just had a sexual encounter .. I did not insert my penis into my partner’s vagina however I did feel my penis on her vagina as I was carrying her in a sexual position and our genitals rubbed against each other .. is this a risk for hiv as I’m freaking out right now

There's no need to "freak out." The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
There is no other event that will cause you to be infected with HIV. You had ZERO risk for HIV.
