I had 2 exposures:
1. On 07/02, I met with a married man. We had mutual mastuebation. We stroked each other. He kissed me for about 4 seconds. I fingered him about 2 seconds with my bare finger with lube. He sucked me with condom on about 10 seconds. After I ejaculated, I used my hand to make him ejaculated. He said he was clean. During the process, maybe some precum on both of our hands. He touched my pee hole.
2. On 07/18, I had mutual masturbation with another married man. He stroked himself, then stroked me very vigorously using the same hand. Nothing else involved.
Immediately after my 2nd exposure, I felt sick. Some discomfort was inside my penis. Not itchy, not very painful, but a burning sensation inside the whole penis tube, from the base to the open. When I pee, it seems the urine cannot come out smoothly. I had headache, no appetite to eat, a swelling lymph node on my left groin area, some pain on my left testicle. Very tired behind my left knee. Some pain in my low abdomen. Diarrhea sometime.
All of those symptoms are still here with me now. Some come and go.
No bumps or blisters found though.
I went to my family doctor 2 times:
1. On 07/22, my doc took my urine sample, and didn't find anything wrong. He drew my blood for chlamydia, gonerriha, syphilis, HSV, and all came back negative. I know it's too early for accurate results;
2. 07/29, my doc took swap from inside my penis for chlamydia and gonerriha, and gave me shot for possible and antibiotic for possible chlamydia treatment. The test for both came back negative again.
Doc didn't find any bump or blisters, and just told me if I find any blister or bump, go back to him.
The problem is, all my symptoms are still here, even though some come and go.
My questions:
1. Do I need to test for HIV? I did experienced some flu like symptoms, but no fever so far. Just headache, swelling lymph node on left groin area and left neck. Some pain on fingers.
2. What other STDs could I get based in my exposure? Is herpes possible without blisters, but discomfort inside my penis? Is it trich? Or other NSU or NGU? What kind of tests I need to do now? Hep B or C?
3. If I go tested again for herpes, syphilis, trich, hep B, even HIV, based on my time frame, are those tests conclusive?
I have been suffering for weeks. I know I made big mistakes. What can I do to find what's wrong with my body now? I know something wrong here.
Your help is truly appreciated.
