HIV risk from pre cum

A few months back i was with a guy who when putting the condom on he put it on the wrong way before flipping it around to put it on correctly. He did have pre cum before this. So my question is if some of that got on the condom when he put it on the wrong way could i get infected when we had sex? I have been sick with the flu ear and respiratory infections constantly since around that time.

You have previously been advised of the risks for HIV.  To make it perfectly clear, the only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

There is no other event that you will encounter that will put you at risk for HIV, including the event you mention here.
