HIV risk with sores on lips ?
Had an uncovered BJ from sex worker. after session noticed she had sores on lips. I know BJ is no risk but sores on lips ?

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
There is no other event that will cause you to be infected with HIV, even if you add the "what if" of her having sores on her mouth. Avoid the two risks I mentioned above, and you will never have to worry about HIV.
