HIV scare or not? Freaking out...

Hi Doc,
Recently whilst in Thailand I stupidly had sex with an African prostitute.  Been regretting it ever since.
Before she touched me I put on a latex condom, she then started hand masturbating for a minute or so.  I added a water based lube and put my penis in her vagina and proceeded to have sex for a minute or so.  I realized she had lots of spots/marks on her skin and was quite skinny/unhealthy looking.  I immediately thought she may have aids/HIV (even though she says she didn’t) especially being from Africa.
I pulled out and removed the condom.  I washed my hands and penis and put on a new condom.  She then performed hand masturbation for 5 minutes until climax.  Both condom were fine and showed no signs of breakage.
I am healthy and have no signs of any cuts or scores on my penis.
Immediately after the situation, I panicked.  I went to the hospital to ask about PEP as I was concerned when I removed the condom with my hands.  The Doctor said my hands had no apparent cuts/wounds and PEP was not necessary.
I have been reading that HIV from female to male via regular intercourse is rare (especially with a condom on).  Is this defiantly true?
I was sick the next day (possibly through worry/anxiety).  But felt better 48 hours after.
I plan to get tested when I return home.  I have just been freaking out over the last couple of days.   Am I over worrying ? All facts indicate this girl probably had HIV. One thing for certain, will never do this again….any advice/help is much appreciated.

Thanks
Anth

Almost no risk if the condom was really intact, even when she indeed suffered HIV.

You had almost no risk by wearing a condom and considering it was really intact. And yes, the sicknesses could have been caused by worry.
