Hi guys, I'm scared and alone 2 1/2 months ago my friends hooked me up with a girl it was my first time doing anything sexual. I was out her house we were both getting naked getting reay for sex but I was still scared so I told her to keep her panties on I didn't really know what to do so I just like rubbed/grounded my penis on her vagina for a bit and kiss her a lot then I left. Now it's been 2 months in hell I've been Scared of everything and keep thinking my live could be over because of HIV, I'm having symtpoms fatigued, headaches, sinuses, dizziness, temple pain, migraines. I ask you experts for advice what should i do I really your advice please

No ARS does not last 2-3 months. If one has ARS it lasts 1-2 weeks.

You never had an exposure so if you are having problems accepting it I suggest you seek some professional help.

Ate you 100% sure what I did Is a 0% chance of transmission and do experts agree HIV only from sex?? I'm not being racist but she is black age 15 I'm 16 we live in Calgary

Ask your doctor because they are not ARS symptoms.

Deep kissing is not a risk and you rubbed her vagina with your penis you didn't penetrate it.You need to educate yourself about the modes of HIV transmission.

But sir I've read that deep kissing is risk and when I rub penis on her panties she was wet so her juice come in contact with skin so risk

You are not listening--there was no unprotected penetration of her vagina so there was no risk of HIV transmission.

There was no penetration therefore there was no risk.Stop worrying.All those symptoms you are having are related to stress nothing to do with ARS.
