HIV symptoms ..... In crisis

I have had numerous HIV symptoms since my exposure 6 weeks ago such as pain in lymph nodes, night sweats and rash and a white tongue So I decided to go to the doctor and get some help ... The doctor said that my rash is just a localised hair follicle on the chest and that my tongue is normal not oral thrush and finally that my lymph nodes are not abnormal and not swollen on the neck or armpits but can be felt on the groin...what I am worried is can lymph nodes just be painful and swollen in the groin area ? Or would they be so everywhere during HIV symptoms? Also can a doctor tell apart HIV symptoms from other problems... I understand the only way to be sure is a test after 3months and I am awaiting that time...Thank you

Swollen lymph nodes due to ARS are not painful. When a person has swollen lymph nodes they are not localized.

Another question can doctors diagnose between hiv symptoms and unrelated symptoms?

No one is diagnosed with ARS until after they test positive and it's confirmed. Then the doctor can contribute the symptoms with ARS.

I understand but are doctors able to diagnose which symptoms are not early symptoms of HIV ? In general from what I have described as my symptomstoms re these typical Ars symptoms ? And lastly in regards to swollen lymph nodes as a symptom why why can they not be painful if swollen ?

No. HIV has no specific symptoms. There is no reason for them to be painful.
