HIV symptoms

OK so I have been dealing with a problem for the last year and have been unsuccessful in finding any help from a wide variety of Doctors. I have seen my primary care doctor and I have also seen a urologist as well as an infectious disease doctor. Well a year ago I had sex with a women who meets all the criteria of high risk behavior. Ever since then I have had periodic pain in the tip of my penis and the urethra has also been consistently red. The redness is sometimes less pronounced then others. Usually after ejaculation and after using the bathroom the redness is more noticeable. The doctors notice the redness but cant tell me why. A few weeks after contact I developed a rash all over my chest and neck area that went away after about a week. I started noticing that I was sweating a little more then normal and that my body odor had changed. I used to be able to go days without a shower and smell fine, but now half way through the day my genital area always has a funny bad odor. I have also noticed that since exposure that my heart rate has seemed to be affected. I was in the military and was always able to workout without getting fatigued, but now my heart rate elevates much faster then seems normal. Another problem is that ever since exposure I cannot seem to have a normal bowel movement. Its always loose and never solid. I had several HIV test at one month, three months, 6 months, and like 11 months. All test were negative and thats great and everything, but that still does not explain my symptoms. I can't help but feel like I'm a rare case where HIV does not show up until much later then normal. Please a little help or advice.

Well thats just it I have seen several doctors to no avail...just thought I would post my question hear with hopes of maybe finding something out that may have otherwise went unmentioned. Trust me Ive been kicking this around for over a year and I have read everything possible, but nonetheless my red urethra and periodic pain did not just appear out of thin air...they appeared after having sex with that women.

See a doctor for your concerns you have conclusively tested negative.

Hello

Your symptoms have nothing to do with STDs.   Also People get sick or start to feel worn down for all types of reasons.   A sexual exposure doesn't have to be the underlying cause of your heart conditions or other symptoms you present.

Just out of curiosity can you tell us your "exposure".
