HIV test ?

I told by my doctor I have 2 warts in my upper lips and White hairy tongue ... and she said warts in lips very rare except with HIV infecation cause from a weak immune system... .... I had a negative test after 3 months from my last contact... Do u think cause my immune system is a waek that the problem I had warts  and White hairy tongue and some rash on my body... Do I need to retest again for HIV ? I know u r not a doctor and you have experience too and you can help cause most of doctors now give us hard time to understand cause all they worry about just to have more paients as mush as they can to make more money and they do not need to spend time with us to explain....

Thank you.
