HIV test at 4 weeks

I am a female and had an hiv test done at 4 weeks because I had a  sore throat, fever and cough illness. I have also had and still have swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about a month now. I also have on and off diarrhea. I was not at high risk, the guy I was with used a condom but I did perform oral on him without the condom. I had the rapid point of care test done at 4 weeks, is that conclusive?

Don't you think he would be concerned or said something if the condom broke? Don't you think that you would have his ejaculate in you if the condom broke? And you would notice that. Also if you have ever had unprotected sex the feeling is much different.
