HIV test result after 65 Days

Hi,

I received an HIV-negative result from a 3rd generation (HIV 1 & 2) test, 65 days after a possible exposure. What approximate percentage confidence can I have in this result?

Thanks and regards.

3 months is conclusive. You don't need an further testing after your 3 month test.

Thanks for the quick response. This means that if the HIV test results are negative after 84th day from the date of first exposure, then only I can be 100% confirmed or we have to go for test again.

HIV is not a guessing game. Get your conclusive test at 84 days.
