HIV testing

I had unprotected vaginal sex twice with a  girl whose hiv status is not known to me.I didn't develop typical ARS but experirncing fatigue hot flashes may be due to stress.My antibody test at 4 weeks was non reactive and now 10 weeks have passed .Shouyld i wait for another 2 weeks or not?What can you suggest me after my exposure?

No need to retest at all.

Although guidelines for third generation tests stand at 12 weeks, anything past six weeks is considered conclusive by the majority if Dr's.

Your test result is not going to change from the above expsoure.
