HIV testing. am i at risk??

Hi all
i would to know do i need a test.
23 dec 2015.. Protected sex and oral by WL.
not sure if  condom break or not.
Till date.. got few symptoms.
back of my neck at the side is like swollen and press will feel pain.
tip of penis few abit funny.
Groin itchy for few weeks but subsided with use of combiderm cream and like abit of feverish this few days.
if i now about a month, go and do a Rapid Fingerprick Blood HIV-1/2 Antibody Test (Determine)is it conculsive?
What about Rapid Fingerprick Blood HIV-1/2 P24 Antigen/Antibody Combo (HIV Duo Test)(4th generation!)
which one is more acurate....
Today when for urine test, came back fine with no infection.

If a condom breaks, you will know – it will be hard to remove. Fabled “microscopic” or “tiny” holes in condoms aren’t a cause of HIV transmission.   Your condom did not break so you did not have  risk, and you did not need to test.  Your result is accurate because you had no risk.
