HIV through protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex

Three days ago a legal prostitute performed an unprotected oral sex on me. She showed me her health card for monthly checkup before performing that. After that there was a 10 second PROTECTED intercourse. There wasnt any blood in her saliva. She used mouth wash before and after. This was the first ever intercourse in my entire life that too for 10 seconds. I am really worried about STDs as oral sex was unprotected as well as there is always a risk involved in having intercourse with or without condom. I am totally paranoid, i cant sleep at nights, i cant eat. The only thing i think about all day is this encounter. After having some pain at the tip of the penis i went to a doctor and told him everything, he said it might be herpes, but no physical sign of that. After increasing water intake pain at the end of my penis regressed a little, but i dont know the reason for sure. In STD clinic they performed some test including blood test urine culture and some test involving swab to be inserted in urethra which came out as normal. But i am still waitng for urine and herpes blood test report. Doctors say initial reports are never reliable and asked me to wait for 1 month for HIV test and Herpes. I cannot wait even a single day, i have ruined my everything just for a pleasure of few seconds. Please advise me what to do as unexpected things do occur in life!

Sorry to bother you again, do i need to get tested for HIV. I don't wanna go through the procedure for getting tested as it will suggest as if i am infected, but I cant get this thing out of mind as well. So both ways i am screwed, please advise.

Condom was intact as i was able to see my semen at the tip, it was a 10 second intercourse session. However, she was quiet careful as she never let me kiss her. I am not sure about my risk even if she was HIV+. Still i can be the unluckiest to contract HIV+ through this session. She licked my body with some kind of lotion she was keeping. Advise me i am scared to death.
