HIV transmission over clothing?

Is it possible to get infected by touching infected fluid through the person's clothing? For example, are you at risk if you touch an infected female's panty that might have been wet by her vaginal lubrication/secretion? I've heard that the virus is really fragile, any such documented cases? RISK or NO RISK?

NO RISK.... HIV spread through unprotected vaginal or anal penetration, from mother to child, transfusion of unscreened infected blood and sharing works by drug users.
