HIV transmission through skin abrasions

Yesterday I spent 1 hour with an escort that involved some foreplay and protected oral sex (received), there was no penetration.

Today I have noticed minor skin abrasion with small scab formed on the back of my finger tip on the side of the nail (the common skin abrasion people get in that area, I hope you understand what I am referring to). I used that finger for foreplay and I am sure that abrasion was there at the time of foreplay but some how I forgot not to use it during excitement.

I am a bit worried about it, what should I do?  Need advice please

Your friend has no clue what he/she is speaking about. No risk.

No concern even if those abrasions were exposed to vaginal secretions for a while?

A friend suggested to get advice for PEP :/
