HIV worries ,, please be patinet !!

hi everyone,, im 28 male , i had sex on feb 27 2012 with strange girl that hiv stats is unknown to me it was protected oral and vaginal sex but the condom slipt off while im taking mine out so i used a new one , after 4 weeks i noticed something strange with my mouth ! i thought its oral cancer  or so ! i went to dentist and she said it nothing serious and she sent me to oral surgeon and after the X-Ray he said its hemangiona " not sure of the spaling " and he said nothing to worry about and if i want to take it out he can send me for an operation and i said no as long as its not serious thing , couple of days i noticed small red dots on my tongue that drove me crazy and i searched everywhere and everyone said its either HIV or oral Cancer so i went and tested for HIV " oraquick advanced 1/2 mouth swap " and i took this test Apr 06 2012 its almost 6 weeks after my expose and it came negative ,,,, 6 days ago i had mouth sores and i took dukartin oral gel that contains miconazole and it didnt work so one of my friends he is a pharmacist gave me Diflucan that contains FLUCONAZOLE and it was like magic it fixed all the sores but 2 days later i noticed that my entire tongue turned white " not batches " and since then my tounge is white and its the tongue it self " i cant get rid of it !!
i have 3 questions :
1 : i know that its 12 weeks to be sure about the results but what about 6 weeks in my case ?
2 : is Diflucan can case a white tongue ? my tongue wasnt white till i took this pill ?
3 : could it be geografic tongue as iwas overseas for 5 months ? i have like 2 3 clefts !!
what should i do ? please help me , thanks in advance  


and please "" teak "" u dun have to remind me that i'v asked be4 , this is the whole situation please be patient u have no idea what i feel now or what im going through !!

i believe u guys and really trust u as u r experts but can not understand these symptoms !! thats the case if u understand me ... when u have to much to handle u start to panic and i believe i reached this point ! by the way the past 5 months when i was overseas was like hell to me ,, tooooooo much stress and issues and i was thinking like the whole time even while im sleeping , and these symptoms came , some ppl said to me the white tounge might be dry mouth or diabetes ! i duno i feel like im running in circle ! i hope no one will feel what im feeling now

vance , thank u soooo much i really appreciate ur answer , i know that i asked be4 but seriously i live in hell since these symptoms started to appear ,,,  and somehow when i drink anything my tongue get colored !! thats very weird ... thanks again :)

1. Sure cause you had no risk
2. No clue ask a Dr
3. Ask a dentist

This is not an HIV related issue as you had no risk. Follow up with your dentist if your having oral concerns.
