In hotel room rack I kept my soap without any packet with other's
used condom unfortunately, and i used that soap three days continue
and kept at that place, in my body two place cut off and I used that
soap three days, is I infected from this (HIV)

HIV is inactivated in air so can't infect and what you did is classified as air contact. You had zero risk and semen is also air contact since it is outside the human body so can't infect.

It is instantly inactivated in air.
