HJ and Kissing

Dear Sir/Madam

I am 30 year old guy from australia.I went to a brothel 5 times for a massage and a handjob. (i had been to brothels 6-7 times before for sex and i got tested and now i am trying to stop things by limiting to just HJ and trying to reduce things gradually). The HJ was unprotected and there were no visible cuts/sores on the palm or hands and they washed the hands properly before doing the HJ. I also used to kiss the girls in the body (neck and butts) except lips. One time i bit (using the lips not teeth) the nipples too. My lips used to be dry and there used to be very tiny cracks with reddish colour. so can any one please let me know what are my HIV risks from

1. receiving an unprotected HJ
2. kissing the body with tiny cracks in the lips due to dry skin nature.

the last exposure was 4 weeks back and the first was 4 motnhs back. So far i never had any fever except i used to get acne on the backside (i used to get this for many years)

That really helped me to relive my stress :) after my last exposure on april, i never had any sexual (insertion except HJ) encounter for the past 8 months and tested negative on may 31(after 6 week of my last encounter). So somehow the documenteries on the DEC1 (aids day) which i saw caused the anxiety again and started relating everything to hiv. and that was the reason i was posting all these questions :)

I have seen these tiny multiple pinhead bumps on the upper lips 2-3 months back itself and never has related this to hiv till Dec1. i think my mind and thoughts are over riding me.

Anyway Thanks a lot for the info and help and relief...
i think, i can move on and i want to move on

You can post your symptoms until you are blue in the face, You still NEVER had a risk of infection and your symptoms have NOTHING to do with HIV infection.

You are fine and need to believe the assessments you have been given!

You had no risk whatsoever and you don't have a HIV concern.
The symptoms you mentioned can be caused by a million reasons and in your case it has nothing to do with HIV.
Dude, if you keep googling for HIV symptoms, you will find more than one symptom every day which would make you anxious. Relax now. You never had any exposure to HIV. Period.

i have one last question...sorry for the excessive posting...

i recently developed (for about 2-3 months) very very tiny pinhead bumps 9nealry 12-13 very small on each side) on the corner part of the upper lips. Normally one cannot see it. Need to look very closely by opening the upper lip to see it. These are on both corners (not in the center) of the upper lip (a bit yellowish).

As per the searching i found that it looks like "Fordyce Spots", but not sure about this
My concern is, whether these type of spots has any connection with "hiv" or is it any sort of oral herpes or is this normal.

I dont have any itchy feeling nor pain.
Also when i used to brush my teeth, it touches the above mentioned area. Can excessive toucing of the tooth brush cause such spots?

the main thing i was concerned was about was the cracked lips with possibility of blood in the same. So i can move on right?

Also one more question to you...i have asked this before...but when the lips thing came to my mind, the other doubt again came up.... i am posting that below.

I suffered from tonsillis on november for a week, then it started agian on march and then was a bit worse on march and there was a small swollen gland on the neck. The doctor gave me some antibiotics and the pain and the swolling gland came normal and i never had any problems so far. Also i suffered gastric problems (but its still there) during the time as well. So does antibiotic affect my testing results.

Also i had a swine flu vaccine on april. Does that affect the hiv testing results

Also do i need more testing for this
