Has anyone contracted HIV through Anti D injection?

Think I may be being a little paranoid about this but I am blaming the pregnancy hormones! I live in the UK and am 29 weeks pregnant with our second child. I am rhesus negative which means I need the Anti D injection to stop me from building up anti bodies against the baby. I was tested for HIV during last pregnancy and again this time, both NEGATIVE but now I am slightly worried that the Anti D vaccine is based upon donated blood products. Am I at risk of infection or do I need to move on and calm down?!

Ahhh that's a relief. I thought the chances would be pretty slim but having heard lots of horror stories about people contracting Hepititis from Anti D in 1970s and thousands of people contracting HIV from factor 8 I was a bit confused and worried. Thank you for putting my mind at rest x
