Help, I'm anxious and scared for HIV

I'm an 18 year old female and  I believe I had a low risk encounter but I've been reading online and some websites are saying my encounters and symptoms might be legit enough to contract the hiv virus. 3 months ago I had protected sex with a guy who didn't know his status but the condom broke. He didn't ejacukate inside me though. A month ago I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex (receiving and giving ) with another guy who said he was clean and just got tested because he was on a sports team but maybe I'm being super paranoid because the 2 days after I had flu like symptoms. I went to my doctor who diagnosed me with acid reflux ( he said everything was fine and I as stressing out) and I was on ppi for about 2 weeks. Regardless,i kept having horrible tension headaches and my neck and shoulder felt stiff and I feel tingling in my arms and joint/muscle  pains specifically on the left side of my body and an on and off sore throat and bleeding gums.i had a blood work done and there was no call back saying anything was wrong with me ...I mean they would usually call you if they found something off like something pointing towards hiv? And I live in Canada.

My question is : are these symptoms typical of ars or am I just freaking out and how long does ars symptoms begin to establish and what are the common symptoms and how effective are condoms when protecting oneself ? Is it worth getting screening for hiv?

So, you are right.  A one time condom break IS low risk.  A risk, none the less.  Sincerely doubt you got HIV from that.  And your flu symptoms are not HIV related.  People don't get flu symptoms a couple of days after sex because of HIV.  Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV.  The other risk you mention is a NON risk.  The only ways people get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  The virus is inactivated by air and saliva.  You can test at 28 days with a DUO test for the low risk of a broken condom one time.

4th generation antibody and antigen test at 28 days is a pretty good indicator on what is your current status. Although some people like to go with CDC guidelines (90 days)

CDC guidelines is 28-45 days for 4th generation tests. 90 days is for all other tests (oraquick, and standalone antibody tests)

28 days post the condom break failure will give you a clear indication of your HIV status. Protected sex is no risk.
