Help! Can antibiotic mask HIV early warning test?
About 3 weeks ago had unprotected oral performed on me, i did unprotected oral him and then covered anal (on me). In about 2 days started feeling Urinary tract infection symptoms. Discomfort on urination. 9 days later had urinalysis done before starting antibotic(sulfamethoxazole-tmp), urinalysis was negative. Took antibotic for 3 days after encounter. Got panic'd and had full blow STD test done at day 12 since encounter: blood, urine, gono, herpes, syph,chylamdia, hiv +90, hiv RNA : all negative. Counselors of STD test say tests are 99.7% accurate
and my results are "squeaky clean". None where "unequivocal" or middle of road. Counselor says I was in the sweet spot of 9-11 days to detect early HIV, which is negative result. (wondering about antibotics causing false negative)
On day 13 started taking Cipro on premise I may have prostatitis..since all tests are negative. I had prostatitis before (3-4 yrs ago), so prone to it. Thinking maybe the anal invoke some prostate insult.
Anyway finished Cipro, next day had some night sweat, had another urinalysis: negative as inspected under microscope. Urination discomfort is gone but have a inflammation feeling in groin and upper thigh. Doc doesn't detect any lymph node inflammation.
Having another blood test today. Going to start another round of Cipro.
I am major-league stressed!! And know stress can induce or may worse issues.
My question is:
Could the 3-days of sulfamethoxazole-tmp have mask test result to give false negative.
Any ideas on the night sweating after Cipro stopped. Started a flomax type drug because I do
have signs of weak stream in morning...this drug can cause skin rash amongst other things..of which
I do have some skin sensations. I'm panic'd.

Can oral sex and having a guy lick your anus be a risk factor for HIV exposure.? I have to say, the anal was covered and I detected no blood and the condom remained intact.
My bigger question is can the antibotics mask any fashion of my std test?
