Help please !!!

Someone who can support me giving me some advice please. More than 6 months ago I had sex with a prostitute, with a condom but did as he had taken a long, not if the condom broke. The case is this, I had plenty of symptoms and I did tests for chlamydia, herpes, syphilis and everything was negative. Just noticed that I had an enlarged prostate but so far not the case. Additionally, I tested for HIV at 6, 12 and 25 weeks and always came out negative. My problem is this, and took 3 months with swollen glands in the neck and jaw, I have sore groin and I have a white coating on the tongue that bothers a lot more after dinner, in addition I have a strange pain in the neck but not always, sometimes alone but sometimes will cause me severe headaches and also feel a throbbing in the body. If HIV negative tests ruled out infection, could be another sexually transmitted disease. What worries me most are the glands in the neck and groin the little mushroom in the language. Please support me with some advice, I've gone to several doctors but I do not give a correct answer

you have tested well over the 3month conclusive hiv window period, your swollen glands and oral thrush are related to something other than hiv, your hiv negative.seroconversion beyond 25 weeks-NO.

my concern is because I have swollen glands in the neck and oral candidiasis despite having the results of HIV tests negative until 25 weeks. You may have seroconversion beyond 25 weeks?

A test done anytime after after 3 months (12-13 weeks) is conclusive. Your tests were negative therefore you don't have HIV. Move on with your life
