I'm losing my mind.

Are needlesticks noticeable? I noticed some torn hanging off skin in the middle of my finger 10 minutes after holding hands it didn't look fresh and blood test needs make a clear hole and not a tear am I inventing things to worry about. I've tried pricking the area with moderte force with a staple and couldn't puncture it, but felt it I felt no ***** holding hands. Is my mind inventing things?

I go through phases of thinking no way I must be insane to think that then think what if. I went to the clinic today and they said they will test me 5 weeks on monday again (12 weeks 1 day) after unprotected oral to hopefully stop my anxiety. Full testing for hiv, syp and all heps.
