Herpes

in a spot of bother, I had a incident late last year, of which thankfully my HIV test came back negative, I developed these spots on my neck which keep on coming & don't go away, (& are currently present) I keep getting blisters on my toenails, do I have herpes you think?
As my liittle neice who is 1 years old has developed  chicken pox, has she caught it from me?
Please advise, Many thanks.
