I took a hiv test 21 days after being expose to hiv and it came back negative. Is there a possiblilty tht it can b positive after 3 months

21 days is not sufficient time. However, 3 months is. The people who need more testing after 3 months are those with special situations (specific medical needs). If you are tested after 3 months then your tests are conclusive.
