I was hanging out with a guy who is hiv positive. We didn't have sex anal or oral. However, I did ejaculate into his mouth. Is it possible hiv could have been transmitted this way?

My penis wasn't in his mouth no. I'm just worried that his tongue may have touched my penis briefly
Saliva is not infectious therefore there is no fluid in that situation that would cause infection
So it isn't likely that I can become infected because of transmission through my urethra?
No not at all. hiv transmission sexually requires unprotected vaginal or anal sex
