Hiv 4th gen testing

hi i had protected sex after 27 days i got tested negative with 4th gen testing how accurate is the results? THANK YOU

So, protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  You will not get HIV from non risk activity.  The only ways people get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV dug needles.  So, your test at 27 days is going to be negative and will not change. You won't get HIV from your activity.  In general, we normally say you can trust a 4th generation test at 28 days but that if someone who actually had a real risk tested at day 27, their result would likely not change.  But you had no risk, you don't have HIV.

So let's say you were at risk 4th gen test wouldn't be able to show at day 27 to 28 i mean it was probably 27 days and 20 hours ago I'm really confused thank you for your help
Not any reason to be confused. Since you had no risk you just did a placebo test which will always be negative since there is no virus present, so you should be happy that there is nothing to worry about.
In other words, there are no guidelines for a placebo test, so you will always be negative.
You didn't get HIV from a non risk so ANY test you take/took at any time would be negative.  That's really the point.
