Hiv Dna pcr test

I had a dna pcr test done at 30 days, and i tested negative. Are these results accurate at 30 days?

You need an ELISA test at 3 months to rule out HIV infection conclusively.

No, those test are NOT approved as diagnostic tests for HIV. Those tests are used to monitor HIV progression in those that are known to be HIV positive.
