It is too late to take PEP which has to be taken within 72 hours after sex.  But really, having a risk doesn't mean you got HIV.  The other person has to have HIV for you to get it, right?  And this person says they test and are usually careful.  It was brief and a one time thing which makes the odds of HIV from this even lower.  I don't think you got HIV but in order to be sure, you have to test at 28 days with the Duo.
You didn't say if he has tested. Can you contact him and find out or get him to test now with a duo, which would cut down your risk period to any unprotected activities he had from January 13. You would still have to test because there would still be that time period that his test can't cover.

That is a risk for HIV.  That it was just one time makes it less likely but none the less, a risk.  You will need to test.  Wait until 28 days and take a 4th gen duo test for accuracy.  Urinating after sex helps nothing.  Don't panic, it is unlikely that you got HIV.  But a test is important at the right time to make sure.
