Hiv PEP missed second dose of raltegravir at day 22

Dear All,

I was prescribed HIV Pep within 12 hours for my risky sexual encounter.
At day 22, i took raltegravir from the box but im not sure whether i drank the pill with the water or not. Normally, I remember the pills that I drank through glass of water but i cannot remember this time whether i drank this pill with glass of water or not but i counted pills and i concluded that their numbers are as expected.
I searched couple of papers and i concluded not to double the dose in the case of i used that pill. But i continued my next dose as planned by taking truvada and isentress at the same time.
Although not sure, my question is missing only one dose raltegravir at day 22 could have impact on the efficacy of hiv Pep?

Note: the reason why i did not take one more pill is that i believed cumulative plasma levels of raltegravir at day 22 May still exists in the circulation and thus i continued my regular dose just not to take second time double dose for raltegravir in case of i drank it through water. However i really do not remember and i also did not see any pills around.
Thank you very much for your kind response.

First, what was your risk? Oral, anal or vaginal and was any of it protected?

Receptive anal unprotected
This is a question for the doctor or pharmacist that you got PEP from .  This forum is for advice related to HIV prevention and testing.  We cannot advise you on the course of specific prescription medications.
You can also go the the site of the manufacturer and call them if that is more convenient.
